Principal/Singing Teacher
Originally from Cork Ireland, Cristín moved to London to complete her BMus in performance (voice) at the London College of Music. Cristín’s performing career began touring with Opera Cork in her native Ireland. At the age of 17 she was winner of the International Song Contest. Over the past number of years Cristín has performed in various musicals, operas and concerts both in the UK & Ireland.
Credits include – “Ensemble” in HMS Pinafore (Chichester Festival Theatre), “Rosie” in Darling of the Day (Ondatje Wing Theatre – National Portrait Gallery) “Susan” in The Day Before Spring (Sadler’s Wells), “Niamh” on the Dream Weaver Cast Recording, “Amelia” in Faithful (RADA), “Soloist” in The Songbook Revue (Etcetera Theatre), “Aline” in The Sorcerer (Questors Theatre).
Cristín has a real passion for teaching singing. She loves using all the skills she has learnt as a performer to help others improve and nurture their talent. Cristín is delighted to be teaching at her own school.
As well as running Masquerade, Cristín is lecturer in voice on the musical theatre course at The London College of Music. Cristín also has a large private client base of private students who she coaches on a regular basis
Dance And Junior Teacher
Hailing from Scotland, Amy moved to London to train at Bird College in London where she graduated with a First Class B.A.(Hons) degree in Dance and Musical Theatre. Her performance work has taken her worldwide, traveling to the likes of France, Germany, Denmark and Sweden where she performed as a soloist for the ‘The Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit in Concert’. Amy also traveled to Singapore where she proudly worked and performed with Scottish Ballet. Amy is currently performing in the UK Tour of ‘Tina, Live’ as a Featured Dancer and loves being able to pass her stage experience onto the students at Masquerade. .
Amy’s film & television credits include: Dancer for Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s music video ‘Hypnotized’, Featured Dancer in ‘The Princess Switch: Switched Again’ showing on NETFLIX; and Dancer/Assistant Choreographer for the CBeebies BAFTA nominated show ‘Molly and Mack’..
Amy has worked at Masquerade for over three years and is passionate about supporting, encouraging and inspiring the next generation of musical theatre performers in a safe and welcoming environment.
Dance & Drama Teacher
Lauren has trained in dance and musical theatre since the age of 2. When she was younger she appeared in amateur productions such as Annie, Chicago, carousel, Footloose, Her Benny and David Copperfield.
In 2019 Lauren held the title of international Tap champion as well as Runner up Miss Dance of Great Britain.
Lauren moved down to London 3 years ago to undertake a degree in musical theatre at ArtsEd. She is now in her final year and is excited to make her journey into the professional industry.
Lauren loves working at masquerade and helping the children grow and develop in confidence.
Dance & Drama Teacher
Lucas is originally from Spain and is a graduate of ArtsEd London. Since graduating he has performed in many different countries as well as iconic venues like the Royal Opera House and the Royal Albert Hall. His most recent credits include Sister Act at the English Theatre Frankfurt, West Side Story at the 70th Festival Ljubljana and Lohengrin at the Royal Opera House. As well as performing Lucas has a passion for teaching and mentoring students in music and theatre. Lucas has taught at Masquerade in some capacity for five years. He is very proud of his students for all their hard work and would like to wish them a brilliant show.
Dance & Drama Teacher
Thea has been teaching across the country since 2017. She aims to inspire young performers to be brave and confident in themselves, both on, and off-stage, alongside learning the techniques and skills to be a well-rounded performer.

TV/Film credits include: Immaculate Heart (BBC), Why Didn’t They Ask Evans? (BritBox), Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (DC Films),The Last Union (Cannes Film Festival Short), Suspicion (Apple TV), Unknown Caller (Short).
